Q. When will my order ship?

A. Processing can take anywhere from 3-5 business days. Once the payment has cleared your items will be shipped.

Q. When will new items be added or back in stock?

A. Items are made in batches and will be added to the shop when available. If there is a specific item you are looking for please select the "notify when available" button. This helps us know what people are looking for and what to stock and what to discontinue.

Q. Do you make custom Ghostbuster name tapes?

A. We DO NOT offer custom name tapes. The amount of time it takes to digitize and set up the machine it would just cost too much to produce.
